Description
Selected grappa made by the Borgogno winery from Nebbiolo grape pomace reserved for the production of Barolo, harvested in the renowned Cannubi cru. Distilled with a discontinuous method in small copper boilers, resting for over 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
It has a straw yellow color and a delicate and sweet, almost aromatic scent. The taste is very soft, velvety.
Excellent for the end of the meal.
