Description

Cattle King Syrah by K Vintners is a red wine from Snipes Mountain in the state of Washington, made from Syrah grapes sourced from the Upland Vineyard, a historic site in the Yakima Valley characterized by varying altitudes, different exposures, and ancient rocky soils that enhance structure and concentration.

Vinification involves indigenous yeasts and whole cluster fermentation in steel, with skin maceration and aging on lees in French oak barrels, some new, to enhance intensity, texture, and aromatic depth.

In the glass, it offers aromas of red and black raspberry, dark fruit, Asian spices, pepper, star anise, and light floral nuances, with a full, velvety, and structured palate that combines power, purity, and lasting persistence.

It pairs well with grilled steak, glazed ribs, roast lamb, spicy dishes, and intense cheeses.
