Where it comes from
This wine originates from vineyards located in the most suitable areas of Triveneto, within the Trevenezie denomination. The selection of the most suitable plots is the pivotal territorial element, aimed at obtaining an elegant glass with a well-defined personality, always focused on finesse and maximum expressive cleanliness.
How it is produced
Vinification involves a fermentation with maceration conducted at a controlled temperature of 25°C for a period between six and eight days. This process favors the correct extraction of the color and aromatic components typical of the variety. Once fermentation is complete, maturation takes place at a controlled temperature of 12-13°C inside stainless steel tanks. The use of steel allows for an orderly evolution and the preservation of a fragrant profile, thus yielding a red marked by balance and consistency.
Tasting notes
To the eye it shows an intense ruby red color, with a concentrated and compact appearance. On the nose, it expresses an aromatic bouquet centered on notes of cherries, blackberries and violet, ensuring a clear and recognizable reading. On the palate the sip is full, soft and balanced, supported by the right freshness. The taste progression maintains an elegant and decisive stamp, boasting a defined character and precision and linearity preserved by careful cellar processing choices. The finish leaves a lingering sensation of harmony and restraint.
