Europe Day
Let's celebrate Europe! 9 May is Europe Day, in memory of Robert Schuman's declaration with which, in 1950, the foundations were laid and the values defined that today consolidate and make the European Union great.
And what time could be more appropriate than around a table with a good glass? After all, it is precisely around the great tables of history that a bottle has made all the difference. Because wine, you know, is by its very nature the most universal product that exists. And if Europe makes the history of world wine great, increasingly defining its tastes and styles, we propose this toast, starting from west to east, passing through the great denominations of European wine, to get to know and thoroughly savour this great spirit of union.
So, whether a sparkling wine, a white or a red to celebrate this important day, wines from the most important European wine-producing areas are now on promotion. From Portugal to Greece, via Spain, France, Italy, Austria, Germany and Hungary.
