The magic of Trentodoc is born from the meeting of suitable grape varieties, high altitudes, significant temperature variations, and a well-established tradition in bottle fermentation sparkling wine production. The result is sparkling wines with a fine and persistent perlage, exhibiting elegant aromas of citrus, apple, white flowers, bread crust, and mineral notes. Their gastronomic versatility is one of the most beloved strengths by enthusiasts.

The main types of Trentodoc denomination:

  • Trentodoc Brut – fresh, vertical, and perfect for an aperitif
  • Trentodoc Millesimato – made from grapes of a single vintage, more complex and rich
  • Trentodoc Riserva – minimum aging of 36 months on the lees, elegant and persistent
  • Trentodoc Rosé – based on Pinot Noir with fruity notes and great finesse
  • Trentodoc Dosaggio Zero – no added sugars, pure and vibrant
