It subsequently propagated an independent variety of its own. It popularity increased over the years, and many more exciting versions were developed in the far western countries.

Benessere, 2005 PINOT GRIGIO, CARNEROS, NAPA VALLEY

Fruit-forward and full-bodied. This Pinot Grigio is very aromatic, with delicious hints of sweetness. Flavors reminiscent of pineapple, roasted nut, lemon peel, and grapefruit. Drink through the end of this year.
Hogue Cellars, 2005 PINOT GRIGIO, COLUMBIA VALLEY, WASHINGTON

Moderately intense in flavor. Fruit-forward and full-bodied. This Pinot Gris features long intense flavor, slightly long finish. tastes reminiscent of lemon peel, honeydew melon, pear and lemon grass. It is well-balanced.
