Very aromatic and elegant. Definitely nice. Features crisp flavors of lemon grass, papaya and lime. Full-bodied and long on the palate. 0.42% residual sugar. 13,500 cases. Drink through 2005.

The wines of Huia are recognized as the finest in New Zealand. The 2004 Pinot Gris is full-bodied and fruity. Taste reminiscent of guava, pear and lemon peel. Possess persistent long finish and noteworthy character. 30% barrel fermented. 2,300 cases. Medium-long bodied and round is the Riesling. Tasting of honey, lemon peel and honeysuckle. 0.57% residual sugar. 2,150 cases. Drink through 2005.
