Visit California Wine Club

Since 1990, California Wine Club has been growing its wine club.  This was before the internet was around, and they attribute their success to word of mouth.  You don’t put together one of the greatest wine clubs that has ever existed, grown primarily by word of mouth unless you are really running an epic wine club.  The company is run by Bruce & Pam Boring all of this time – and all they care about is sharing wonderful wines with their members.

Price

California Wine Club offers 4 different types of packages.  These memberships range from $36.45 to $182.  While these prices are on average with the rest of the wine clubs out there, the actual quality of wine you will receive from CWC is bar none.  They simply do not send out bad wine.

Variety

With four different clubs to choose from, you will definitely find options that will suit any need.  Their most popular club is the “Premier Club” and is also the most affordable at $36.45.  We highly recommend this club for both personal and gift giving uses.  Here is a complete breakdown of the clubs:

• Premier Club – Two bottles of award winning wine from local California wineries.
• Signature Series – Two – Four bottles of the most coveted wine in California
• International Series – Want more than just California – this is the package for you
• Aged Cabernet Series – Two bottles of cab that have been aged from 8-12 years.

Delivery

With every membership delivery is done in a safe and secure container.  While they do not include the shipping in the membership price, it is typically right around $10.

Customer Service

Real wine lovers, running a real wine club.  Customer experience is awesome here.  You basically get treated like you are part of the family.  California Wine Club offers both telephone and email support, so don’t hold back with any questions.

Membership Benefits

One of our favorite features of California Wine Club is that with each delivery you receive a copy of their Uncorked newsletter.  This 12 page full color newsletter is something we always love to flip through.  On top of the great newsletter – you can save up to 50% on reorders from your shipments.   Rounding out the membership benefits is their overall knowledge.  Getting on the phone with the CWC team is always such a learning experience.  From asking about the wines you are receiving, received or want to – down to planning a trip out to the wine country; these guys are awesome.
