Description
The Aglianico del Vulture DOC Grifalco comes from 100% organic grapes.
The grapes are harvested and selected by hand, and the wine ferments and ages in French barriques and tonneau for a period of 6/12 months.
A complex Aglianico that combines spicy hints of vanilla, pepper and cocoa with more mineral aromas, of graphite and embers, with hints of fruit to complete. The structure is complex and intriguing, with sweet tannins.
A great southern red perfect with dishes rich in flavor such as stewed meats and aged cheeses
