Alta Langa Brut Rosé DOCG Cuvée Aurora 2019 Banfi

The Cuvée Aurora Rosé was born in the cellars of Banfi in Piedmont, in Strevi, in the famous Alta Langa DOCG.

It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, cold macerated for an hour and then softly pressed. The cuvée is made up of 90% of the now clear wine, after a static clarification operation, and 10% of the wine of the previous vintage. Fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with permanence on the lees for a minimum period of 30 months. An ideal refinement in the bottle follows.

It has a blush pink color accompanied by a fine and persistent perlage. The nose offers a complex perfume with hints of Golden apple, rose and vanilla. It cheers the palate with a feeling of silkiness thanks to the good structure and the great enveloping.

Ideal for the aperitif moment, it goes perfectly with white meats and fish dishes.
