Apium Gin is a London Dry-style distillate produced in England, perfect for the preparation of excellent cocktails.

Apium Gin stands out for its aromatic notes of lavender, which are flanked by more classic botanicals such as juniper, rosemary, black pepper, angelica, verbena, coriander.

On the palate this gin is dry, opening on notes of juniper and spicy notes of coriander pepee, with a balsamic final touch of aromatic herbs such as rosemary and lavender.

This gin is suitable for the best cocktail preparations of mixology, from the classic gin and tonic to Hanky Panky.
