Description
The Barbagia Perda Pintà di Sedilesu was born in vineyards located in Mamoiada, in the province of Nuoro.
It is produced exclusively with Granazza grapes, harvested manually in October. Fermentation takes place spontaneously after which the wine ages in barriques at controlled temperature and ages in the bottle for a further 6 months before being placed on the market.
Perda Pintà is characterized by an intense golden yellow color. The nose opens with delicate citrus scents, enriched with pleasant anise aromas. On the palate it is dry and decisive, with an enveloping flavor and minerality. The wine has rich pleasantly aromatic tannins.
Perfect to accompany red meats and fish soups, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
