The cellar of the Producers of Barbaresco is a reality born in the late 1950s, which gathers the small winemakers of the area. A park of vineyards of exceptional value, located in the most famous crus of the appellation, allows us to offer labels of great value.

The Montestefano cru is located east of the village of Barbaresco, with vineyards facing south, cultivated on calcareous-clayey marl very suitable for Nebbiolo. The best bunches are fermented in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for about a month. The wine ages for 36 months in oak barrels and 9 months in the bottle.

It has a bright ruby red color, with a bouquet with aromas of raspberry, morello cherry and delicate spices. On the palate it is smooth and harmonious, with subtle tannins and a pleasantly fresh and savory finish.

To be combined with taglierini with meat sauce, noble poultry and small game.
