Description
The Barolo di Vite Colte is born in highly suited vineyards of the classic production area of the Barolo appellation.
It is made exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes. The production process involves traditional fermentation in red with contact maceration on the skins and maturation for 24 months in oak barrels, in which it develops its tannic component and a structure that makes this wine able to face long periods of aging.
It is tinged with an attractive ruby red color tending to garnet subtle / fine aromas of cherry, rose petals, earth and mint on the nose Full-bodied and concentrated, cherry and raspberry well blended together, with mineral and spicy notes that turn towards a soft finish and persistent.
To be served with elaborate dishes of red meat or game. It enhances aged cheeses and truffle-based dishes.
