Description

The Barolo Paesi Tuoi of the Vite Colte company was born in the renowned Langhe area, in Piedmont.

It is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 30 °C for about 15-20 days. This operation allows the wine to be enriched with the tannin necessary for long aging. Aging takes place in large oak barrels for at least 24 months and then in the bottle for another 12 months. In this way, the wine reaches its final balance.

Barolo Paesi Tuoi is characterized by an intense and velvety garnet red color, with reflections tending to orange with aging. The nose opens with a large and complex spicy bouquet, enriched with hints of licorice and dried violet. On the palate, it is pleasantly dry and sapid, with harmonious tannins that enhance its elegant character.

Perfect to combine with mature cheeses and mushrooms, it is ideal to accompany baked chicken and tasty stewed meat recipes with polenta.
