Description
Siris is a rosé that originates in Basilicata, from a 100% Aglianico blend. It is harvested in September, while for its vinification the grapes are subjected to a soft pressing, the grape juice of which is then further fermented at a temperature of 10 °. Refine in steel on its lees.
The wine has a beautiful amber pink color, while inebriating the nose with a delicate aroma of floral notes. On the palate it is fresh, round and harmonious and closes on a finish of unequivocal beauty.
Its organoleptic profile makes it the most suitable wine to nobly accompany white meats, cheeses and vegetable soups.
