Description

The Bitter Classic is produced by the Opificio Numquam, based in Prato.

It is an artisanal Bitter produced by maceration of medicinal plants and citrus fruits such as bergamot and pink grapefruit. The coloring is obtained naturally with the use of cochineal. Red in colour, it has a full and warm flavour, with hints of orange, spices and herbs.

It can be enjoyed both alone and used in mixology.
