Description

This pure Vermentino from Tenuta di Vaira originates from the vineyards in the Bolgheri area, cultivated in Guyot style on clay-loam soils with a southeast exposure. The vines are about 10 years old and produce grapes of great quality and aromaticity.

Vinification and aging take place entirely in stainless steel at a controlled temperature to enhance the varietal freshness and typical sapidity of the grape variety.

It presents in the glass with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections; on the palate, it showcases citrus notes, pronounced minerality, and a good acidity that accompanies a persistent and lively finish.

Excellent with shellfish, seafood first courses, and delicate white meats.
