Description
Bourgogne Pinot Noir Terres de Famille is a wine that reflects the richness and diversity of the Burgundy region. Produced from vines located on various plots including Condemaine, En Veves, and Monpoulain, these vines vary in age, ensuring a unique complexity in the wine. The total vineyard area amounts to about seven hectares.
The winemaking process is careful and natural. The grapes, selected both in the vineyard and at the winery, undergo a cold pre-fermentation maceration for 5 days, with a total maceration time of 21 days. The wine is then aged for 9 months in oak barrels, without the use of new barrels, to preserve the authenticity of the flavors.
This Pinot Noir is distinguished by its elegant and deep notes. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits, earthy notes, and a hint of sweet spices unfold. On the palate, the wine is balanced, with a fine structure and soft tannins that lead to a persistent and harmonious finish.
Perfect for pairing with a variety of dishes, it goes beautifully with red meats, mushroom-based dishes, poultry, and aged cheeses. Its versatility makes it ideal for both a casual meal and an elegant dinner.
