Description

The Brunello di Montalcino Paesaggio Inatteso is produced with Sangiovese grosso grapes grown in the vineyards of the Camigliano estate. This wine reflects the Montalcino terroir and the meticulous care in winemaking, which make it elegant and complex.

The grapes are handpicked in October, at the optimal degree of ripeness, ensuring a superior quality product. Fermentation takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature between 28 and 30°C, followed by 30 days of maceration and malolactic fermentation, also in steel. Ageing lasts for 30 months in French and Slavonian oak barrels, adding depth and structure. After maturing in wood, the wine is bottled and left to rest further before release.

Deep ruby in color, this Brunello di Montalcino stands out for its complex bouquet of ripe fruit, spices, and delicate vanilla notes. The palate is enveloping, with elegant tannins and a perfect balance between freshness and power. The finish is long and persistent, leaving a pleasant sensation of finesse.

Excellent paired with game dishes, beef and pork, as well as aged cheeses.
