Description

The Bathyscaphe is a wine from the young Bodega La Quinta, whose labels are characterized by an ironic and contemporary style.

The Grenache grapes in purity are vinified in small thermo-regulated steel tanks with a maceration of 15 days. Subsequently the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 4 months.

In the glass the wine appears ruby red in color. The nose reveals a floral and fruity bouquet, where you can recognize blueberries and raspberries, mineral and spicy notes. The taste is full and warm, with a fairly persistent finish.

Excellent wine for savory pies, mushroom risotto and grilled dishes.
