Description
The Prisoner's Red Blend was born in Napa Valley.
The Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Zinfandel and Petit Syrah grapes are harvested by hand and fermented separately in thermo-controlled tanks. The wine subsequently ages for a few months in French and American oak barrels.
Ruby in colour, it reveals aromas of raspberry, dark chocolate and vanilla to the nose, enriched with cloves. The sip is full and soft, with good persistence.
It is tasted in combination with grilled meat.
