Description

Suadens is the name of a wine that evokes the alluring character of this unique expression of Aglianico. It is a project by the Nativ winery aimed at enhancing the aromas of the wine as well as those of the typical dried fruit from the Irpinia region.

It is obtained from a selection of the finest Aglianico grapes harvested at the end of October, blended with Piedirosso and Sciascinoso grapes. After a gentle crushing of the clusters, fermentation takes place with selected yeasts. This is followed by aging mainly in steel, with a short passage in barriques.

The wine has a ruby red color and offers on the nose characteristic notes of the typical dried fruit from Avellino, set against a fruity background of plums and wild blackberries.

Thanks to its distinctive organoleptic properties, it pairs perfectly with both red and white meats. Excellent with all game-based dishes.
