Description
The Campania Terra di Lavoro of Galardi was born in vineyards, organically run, located around the volcanic relief of Roccamonfina, a varied territory of which it captures all the nuances. It is the only label produced by the company and for this reason it always receives the utmost attention. Its quality and its value were appreciated right from the start, so much so that it obtained important awards in the most prestigious Italian wine guides, managing to stand out also at an international level.
It is produced mainly with Aglianico grapes and Piedirosso grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 12 months in new Allier and Never barrels, before being bottled.
It has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with intense and elegant aromas of blueberry and blackberry, enriched with spicy notes of pepper and licorice. On the palate it is warm, enveloping and velvety, with excellent persistence.
Perfect to accompany pasta and risotto with meat sauce and stewed meat, this red wine is ideal in combination with game and grilled meat.
