Description

Vulcanus Sauvignon Blanc & Albariño by Encomienda de Cervera is a white wine produced in the Campo de Calatrava area of Spain, on volcanic soils rich in clay and stones. It is created from the union of two aromatic grape varieties, Sauvignon Blanc and Albariño, organically grown to best express the vibrancy and elegance of the territory.

The winemaking process aims to enhance the freshness and aromatic component of the grapes. The focus on sustainable practices and the use of environmentally friendly techniques give the wine an expressive purity that reflects the mineral profile of the soil of origin and the natural balance of the varieties used.

Visually, it presents a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it reveals floral notes of orange blossom with a slight herbaceous background, while on the palate it offers a fresh and sweet sensation, with generous acidity and a velvety, dynamic texture.

Ideal with fresh seafood such as oysters, mussels, white fish ceviche, tuna tartare, and grilled fish dishes or seafood risottos.
