Description
The Cannonau di Sardegna Riserva Ballu Tundu di Sedilesu comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Mamoiada, in the province of Nuoro.
It is produced exclusively with Cannonau grapes, harvested in October. Fermentation takes place spontaneously for 30-45 days in barrique at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in bottle for 9 months before being released on the market.
It is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with intense aromas of ripe fruits, enriched with pleasant spicy hints. On the palate it is powerful, of great balance and with delicate tannins.
Perfect to accompany red meats and white meats, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
