The Castel del Monte Aglianico Riserva DOC Cappellaccio Rivera expresses all the potential for elegance and complexity of the Aglianico of the DOC Castel del Monte area.
This complex and fascinating red is aged in wood for 14 months, 50% in French oak barrels and 50% in 50 hl Slavonian oak barrels
Complex and structured in the glass, it has an imposing body and intense and elegant aromas of sour cherry and tobacco, with a long and persistent finish.
