Description
The sparkling wine Cava Brut Nature is produced by the Fernàndez-Pons winery, founded by the oenologist Diego Fernàndez who, together with 3 partners, produces not only wines but also craft beers. The grapes are sourced from the surroundings of the city of Requena.
The wine is made from Chardonnay and Macabeo grapes which, once vinified, are refermented in the bottle according to the traditional method.
Straw yellow with golden highlights, it displays a fine and persistent perlage. This sparkling wine offers aromas of ripe white fruit, pastry and citrus notes. On the palate, it is fresh and creamy, with excellent balance.
This wine is ideal as an aperitif and pairs nicely with a bufalina pizza.
