Description

Another excellence signed by Le Chablisienne, this Premier Cru Vaillons. It originates in the fascinating wine-growing region of Chablis, where Chardonnay grapes take on a denomination known for its extraordinary qualities of finesse.

It is made up of 100% Chardonnay grapes from the mineral soils of Chablis. The cool climate does the rest, giving wines with very elegant profiles. Refine in barriques for a minimum of 6 months.

It is straw yellow in the glass. Notes of peach, pineapple, toast and sweet spices emerge on the nose. The taste is dry, managed in a good softness and in a taut sapidity.

Perfect to accompany a braised octopus.
