Description

This Blanc de Blancs belongs to the Essentiel collection of Piper-Heidsieck, obtained from the best crus of the maison.

Chardonnay in purity to which is added a 35% of reserve wines, this Blanc de Blancs is destined for prolonged aging, based on the principles of the production philosophy of Piper-Heidsieck, and is dosed Extra Brut.

In the glass there is a straw yellow color with bright greenish reflections. The perlage is delicate and persistent. The nose is crossed by floral notes of hawthorn, then almond, lemon zest and brioche. In the mouth it is fresh and sensual, full-bodied, with hints of Mirabella plum, pear and black pepper, achieved by elegant iodine sensations.

Excellent aperitif, it divinely accompanies gourmet cuisine.
