Description

The Champagne Brut Rosé Vintage 2004 is an extraordinary rosé version of Dom Pérignon, which thanks to its style and elegance perfectly expresses the maison.

It is produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, harvested only by hand. The richness of tannins in Pinot Noir grapes has given the wine an enigmatic and refined depth.

The Champagne Brut Rosé Vintage 2004 is characterized by an intense pink color, with amber and copper highlights. The nose opens with an intense and rich bouquet, with elegant aromas of wild strawberries, enriched with delicate hints of violet and pleasant spicy notes of vanilla. On the palate it is broad, structured and full-bodied, with a pleasantly spicy finish.

Perfect to accompany fish, sushi and raw fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with shellfish, fries and fresh cheeses.
