Champagne AOC Brut Vintage 2008 Pol Roger

Pol Roger Champagne Brut Vintage comes from the renowned Champagne Ardenne, the beating heart of the best Champagne production.

It is produced 60% from Pinot Noir grapes and 40% from Chardonnay grapes, grapes harvested exclusively in vines classified as Grand Cru and Cru. Produced in very limited quantities, it ages on the lees for at least 8 years before being sold. It is vinified according to the classic cuvée procedure of the maison.

Champagne Brut Vintage is characterized by an intense gold color. The nose opens with complex and pleasantly strong aromas that reveal the maturity of the wine. Subsequently the Champagne gives aromas of apple and dried fruit. On the palate it is creamy and balanced. This is a seductive and delicate Champagne, capable of giving infinite freshness.

It is perfect to accompany formal fish dinners. It is ideal to serve during aperitifs.
