Description
Cellier des Princes' Châteauneuf-du-Pape is produced in the Domaine Le Mourre, which takes its name from the Provencal term "Lou Mourre", which means "small hill".
The pure Grenache grapes are destemmed and fermented for 28 days at 27-30°C. An aging in cement tanks follows to bring the Grenache fruit to its maximum expression.
Intense ruby red in color, the nose reveals aromas of red fruits with characteristic spicy notes. The sip is soft, with silky tannins and a long finish.
Ideal for meals based on roasted and grilled meats.
