Description
The Chianti Classico Clemente VII of the Castelli del Grevepesa winery is born in vineyards located in the areas of Greve in Chianti.
It is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C for 10 days. Subsequently the wine ages in barrique for 24 months and for further 3 months in bottle.
It is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with strong hints of berries, enriched with pleasant spicy notes of vanilla. On the palate it is harmonious, with sweet tannins that make the taste velvety and with a pleasant sensation of fullness.
Perfect to accompany red and roasted meats, it is ideal in combination with game.
