Description

The Chianti Classico Riserva Castelgreve from the Castelli del Grevepesa winery is born in vineyards located in the Greve in Chianti area.

It is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 30 ° C for 10 days. Subsequently the wine is aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 12 months and for at least one month in the bottle.

It is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with aromas of violets and ripe red fruit. On the palate it is full, pleasantly balanced and with an excellent structure.

Perfect to accompany red meats and game, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
