Description
The Chianti Classico Riserva Lareale from the Lamole winery, in Greve in Chianti, is produced with grapes from vineyards located between 420 and 655 meters above sea level
It is made up of pure Sangiovese grapes, which are destemmed and pressed, with a fermentation that involves maceration on the skins in steel tanks. The aging takes place in oak barrels.
At sight it presents an intense ruby red hue. Aromas of violet and broom, red fruits and undergrowth are enriched by balsamic notes. The taste is juicy, rich in structure and fine tannins, with a long persistence.
Ideal as an accompaniment to roast and grilled meats, both red meats and game.
