Description

Nebbiolo Barlàn is a rosé wine produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes from vineyards in Maretta.

The Nebbiolo grapes are harvested by hand before proceeding with a pressing of the whole bunches in a reducing atmosphere. This is followed by the fermentation of the must at low temperatures.

Old pink in color, it expresses fragrant aromas of cherry and roses to the nose.

Ideal for pasta with tomato sauce and savory fish dishes.
