Corbières AOC Château d'Aussières 2018 Domaines Barons de Rothschild

The Chateau d'Aussières is a cuvée of Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache produced by the Domaine d'Aussières.

Produced with selected grapes from the best parcels, this cuvée is made in small quantities to meet high quality standards. After fermentation, 40% of the wine obtained is aged in oak barrels for a period of between 12 and 16 months.

Of a beautiful intense ruby red color, it has a compact nose and an entrance on the palate with notes of ripe black fruits and spices. With a well-defined tannic structure, expressed between complexity and finesse obtained from the blend, it can be appreciated for a wise use of wood that harmonizes the long finish.

Wine to drink with cured meats and savory first courses, it confirms its enjoyment with stewed or grilled meat dishes.
