Description
The white wine Per Eva by Tenuta San Francesco is obtained from a refined blend of Falanghina, Ginestra, and Pepella, cultivated in the Tramonti area, on the Amalfi Coast, on steep terraced land between 300 and 600 meters above sea level. The vines, trained on trellises, benefit from a cool climate with strong temperature fluctuations, enhancing the aromatic intensity and freshness of the wine.
The harvest takes place between the second and third decades of October, with a vinification in steel that preserves the varietal purity and expressive elegance. The wine ages for a period of 8 to 10 months in steel, followed by an additional 2-4 months in the bottle, giving it structure and complexity.
It presents itself with a bright straw yellow color with golden reflections. The bouquet is intense and refined, with floral and fruity notes enriched by hints of aromatic herbs. Scents of white flowers, apple, peach, lemon, and delicate mineral accents emerge. On the palate, it is savory and mineral, with a enveloping freshness that provides balance and persistence.
It pairs perfectly with appetizers and seafood dishes, enhancing their delicacy with its elegance and liveliness.
