Description
The Costa Toscana Bianco Le Prode is a pure Vermentino born from soils of Mediterranean red earth and pleocene sands of the municipality of Riparbella.
It is the result of a manual harvest of the grapes with selection in the vineyard. The clusters are subjected to soft pressing and the must sent to alcoholic fermentation in steel vats at a controlled temperature. The wine thus obtained is aged in the same containers for 4 months and for another 2 months in glass.
It has a straw yellow color. Notes of Mediterranean scrub emerge on the nose accompanied by hints of thyme and sage on a mineral background. In the mouth it is fresh, elegant and persistent.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is indicated with appetizers and fish-based first courses.
