Description
Produced in the municipality of Suvereto, Tuscany, the Pinot Bianco Eliseo by Gualdo del Re comes from vineyards cultivated using the Guyot system on soils composed of clay, sand, and silt. The area, characterized by a favorable microclimate and alluvial soils, is particularly suited for the production of white wines of great finesse and expressiveness.
The winemaking process involves alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by an aging period of four months in steel to preserve the aromatic freshness. After bottling, the wine rests for an additional two months before being marketed, developing a balanced and harmonious profile.
With a straw-yellow color and greenish reflections, it offers a refined and multifaceted bouquet, with elegant fruity notes of apricot and peach. On the palate, it stands out for its freshness and sapidity, with a lively taste persistence that enhances its vibrant and immediate character.
Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs excellently with appetizers and fish dishes.
