Description
The Plenum of Tenuta Le Colonne is obtained by selecting the best grapes of the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah varieties, proposed in a unique blend.
The winemaking processes take place traditionally in red and are completed with an aging in cask of about 12 months, in order to develop a more decisive character and greater consistency, without losing elegance.
Intense ruby red in color, the nose clearly perceives fruity sensations of black cherry and plum, supported by traces of leather and licorice. On the palate it is full and full-bodied, with silky tannins.
Ideal together with roasted meats, it is perfect if combined with both furred and feathered game.
