Lily of the valley, lime and vanilla, a shock of freshness on the palate and a finish of non-trivial substance.

The Costa Toscana Vermentino Obizzo by Donna Olimpia is born in vineyards located in the heart of the Maremma, between Bibbona and Castagneto, in the heart of the extraordinary territory of Bolgheri, in the province of Livorno.

It is produced exclusively with Vermentino grapes, harvested during the month of September. After pressing and static decanting of the must, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18-20 ° C. Subsequently the wine refines in the same containers, before being bottled.

It is characterized by a pale straw yellow color. The nose opens with ample aromas of citrus fruits, enriched by pleasant notes of white flowers and honey. On the palate it is harmonious, pleasantly full and with a persistent aftertaste.

Perfect to accompany fish-based dishes and first courses, it is ideal in combination with white meats.
