Description

Château Galoupet Cru Classé Rosé embodies the excellence of crystalline Provence, the result of an ambitious sustainable project in the heart of the French Riviera and part of the Moët Hennessy portfolio. This Rosé is crafted from 39 plots vinified separately, using Grenache, Syrah, Vermentino, Tibouren, Cinsault, and Sémillon grapes.

30% of the final blend was vinified and aged in barrels for 4-5 months, half new and half one-year-old, enriching the wine's structure and complexity. Every stage of the vinification process is handled with meticulous care to respect the terroir's identity and the uniqueness of each parcel.

In the glass, it displays an elegant pale pink color. On the nose, it offers a rich and inviting aromatic complexity, interweaving floral notes with hints of ripe peach, bitter almond, and citrus nuances. On the palate, it is broad and enveloping, featuring good density and roundness, with a long, saline finish that reflects the typical minerality of Provençal soils.

It is ideal paired with herb-crusted lamb chops, but also goes perfectly with Mediterranean dishes and delicately spiced preparations.
