#Lou Rosé Côtes de Provence Peyrassol is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Vermentino produced from grapes grown in vineyards mainly on limestone soils. This wine is the result of a rigorous selection of the best terroirs and collaboration with partner winegrowers.
The harvest takes place between mid-August and early October. Vinification follows traditional methods, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures after delicate pneumatic pressing. Several months of aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks helps preserve the wine's aromatic freshness.
It appears a delicate pale pink with silvery highlights. On the nose, it opens generously, immediately offering citrus aromas that are confirmed on the palate. It continues pleasantly in an ensemble that successfully combines freshness and roundness.
It is ideal paired with appetizers, but also with fish, grilled meats, white meats, and fruit desserts. Young, fruity, and charming. Perfect for festive evenings, bringing out the best of Provence in every sip.
