Description

Perle Rare is a Crémant de Bourgogne that derives from a perfect alliance between four classic Burgundy varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, Gamay and Aligoté. He summarizes several Burgundian terroirs in the bottle, of which he manages to grasp the best part. This cuvée ages on yeasts for a period of at least 2 years.

It shines in the glass of an intense golden yellow colour. The nose is complex and elegant, with fresh notes of linden and honeysuckle flowers that are intertwined with advanced aromas of bread crust and honey. It is a bubble of great personality and harmony, with a finish of admirable refinement.

Excellent aperitif, it is recommended to accompany a grilled sea bass or seafood.
