Description
The Crémant de Loire Brut Rosé from La Cheteau is a sparkling wine made using the Traditional Method with Cabernet Franc grapes.
This Crémant de Loire is produced according to the Traditional Method, which involves secondary fermentation in the bottle: after obtaining the base wine, a mixture of sugar and yeast is added to allow the blended wines to undergo a second fermentation in the bottle and to age on the lees for at least 18 months, developing the typical aromas of sparkling wines produced using this technique.
With a delicate pink color and a fine and persistent perlage, it offers a bouquet on the nose with hints of peach and grapefruit. On the palate, it is fresh and citrusy, with a good acidic tension.
Excellent as an aperitif, it can be paired with charcuterie appetizers or with pizza.
