Cuvée Prestige Brut Bellussi

Bellussi Cuvee Prestige Brut is made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Oltrepò Pavese hills and harvested with the utmost attention to yield and with a moderate use of sulphites.

The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand and the vinification is carried out in white using a partial cold maceration. Subsequently, the base wine is refermented in an autoclave thanks to the addition of a mixture of sugar and yeast. The presence of carbon dioxide is due precisely to this second fermentation before the wine is ready for bottling.

Straw yellow with golden reflections in color, with a fine and persistent perlage, it immediately offers compact aromas of green apple, apricot and lime, presenting itself to the harmonious and balanced taste. Good flavor and creaminess make it precise and intense.

Ideal for opening a meal with friends, it can be served with bruschetta with artichoke and liver pate, together with semi-mature cheeses and delicate vegetable-based first courses.
