Description

The Etna Bianco by Inessa comes from fertile soils of volcanic origin, located at an altitude of 650-700 meters above sea level, in the territory of Linguaglossa, in a microclimate characterized by a good diurnal temperature variation. The wine is traditionally vinified in white, with maturation only in steel.

In the glass, it appears a beautiful straw yellow. The aroma is immediately mineral, accompanied by hints of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, white flowers, and fresh aromatic herbs. On the palate, it has an excellent balance between freshness and sapidity, with a finish of good persistence.

Perfect to pair with fish and shellfish, it is recommended in the company of vegetarian cuisine's first courses.
