Etsu Gin is the delicious and sophisticated Japanese floral distillate made on the island of Hokkaido with a secret recipe.
Among the various botanicals used appear berries, peppers, tea leaves and citrus fruits including yuzu, a particular fruit typical of the area.
It is colorless, with delicate hints of white flowers, citrus fruits and some shades that recall elderberry and wild herbs. On the palate it is fresh and well-balanced, with aromas of pepper, green tea and pleasant citrus notes that make it warm and enveloping.
